Wykamol Tanking Slurry is a cementitious waterproofing system which creates a monolithic bond using crystalline chemicals when applied to concrete and masonry structures. BBA and WRAS approved. Can also be used as a radon barrier with appropriate application.

Cement-Based Waterproofing Slurry for Walls and Floors

Wykamol Tanking Slurry is a high-performance, cementitious waterproof coating formulated to resist both positive and negative water pressure. Suitable for a wide range of masonry and concrete surfaces, it’s ideal for creating a durable waterproof barrier in below-ground and damp environments.

Coverage

  • Two coats recommended for full waterproofing

  • Coverage: approx. 6.4 m² per 20kg bag (at a total thickness of 2mm)

Mixing & Application

  • Mix the full 20kg bag with 4.8 – 5.6 litres of clean water

  • Apply to damp, clean, and sound surfaces

  • Use a stiff brush, trowel, or spray system

  • Apply the second coat while the first is still “green” (partially set)

  • Avoid working in temperatures below 5°C or on hot substrates
